研究内容:
1. 挖掘我国南方热带海参等棘皮动物资源,通过解析基因组学解析其生物多样性与生态适应形成原因,挖掘繁殖、发育、行为、免疫等特有机制,突破棘皮动物新养殖对象的人工繁育与规模化培育技术。
2. 结合品系杂交、分子辅助与全基因组选育技术,对重要海水养殖对虾凡纳滨对虾的经济性状进行持续改良,培育合适我国养殖的快长、高抗、优质凡纳滨对虾新品种。
