主要从事海洋生物病敌害防控,珊瑚礁生物资源和生态环境保护与修复研究。重点研究海水养殖动物与珊瑚疾病发生机理、珊瑚敌害生物—长棘海星的防控研究、珊瑚岛礁生态监测与保护、资源养护型海洋生物牧场构建、食源性病原的快速检测和海鲜食品安全等。
