研究内容
主要从事生物地理学和入侵生物学方面的研究，主要研究内容包括明晰生物空间分布格局，预测气候变化和人类活动等胁迫对生物地理分布格局的影响，从种间关系及生态位角度探讨并评估外来生物的入侵风险。代表性工作有：（1）揭示遗传分化在预测物种地理分布中的重要性，强调了在物种分布模型中考虑遗传信息的重要性，研究成果发表于Molecular Ecology、Diversity and Distributions等杂志；（2）通过多种研究手段，系统评估了外来物种的入侵风险，解释了中华绒螯蟹尚未在日本建立种群的潜在机制，研究成果发表于Science of the Total Environment、Hydrobiologia等杂志；（3）探索了不同类群生物对未来气候变化的响应机制，揭示了不同生活史类型的鱼类对气候变化的不同响应模式，成果发表于Science of the Total Environment、Diversity and Distributions杂志上。
