个人简介

1991年毕业于青岛海洋大学生物系，2002年在中国科学院海洋研究所获博士学位。1991年进入中国科学院海洋研究所从事科研工作，历任实习研究员、助理研究员、副研究员和研究员；2004-2005年在挪威特拉姆瑟大学开展合作研究；2007年2-4月在美国康涅狄克大学开展合作研究。先后担任中国科学院海洋生态与环境科学重点实验室副主任、中国科学院海洋研究所所长助理、中国科学院海洋研究所/烟台海岸带研究所所副所长。2021年11月至今，任中国科学院南海海洋研究所所长。国家高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才入选者和国家创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队负责人。先后获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖（集体）、国家海洋工程科技奖特等奖、山东省自然科学二等奖、海洋科技技术一等奖等，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。

研究内容

1.浮游动物生态学方面：揭示了中华哲水蚤种群变动机制与度夏种群营养策略；提出了主要致灾水母无性繁殖的温度-饵料调控机制，构建了近海核电站水母灾害综合防控体系。提出海冰—浮游植物—浮游动物的耦合过程是极地浮游动物长期变动的主要驱动力；发现南极磷虾通过新的避难所应对栖息地的快速升温和海冰减少，提出了南极磷虾大尺度时空变动的新观点。给出热带西太平洋浮游动物群落结构及其与水团的耦合关系，阐明了大洋上层与中深层浮游动物的不同营养策略。

2.深海极端环境生态学方面，建立基于ROV的深海原位探测平台，研究了南海冷泉化能生态系统物种组成与食物网框架，剖析了深海热液/冷泉系统中无脊椎动物的化能营养策略、环境适应机制及其与生物地球化学循环的关联。
