研究内容
研究方向主要包含:1)海洋天然产物衍生物的设计、合成与活性评价;2)有机合成方法学研究;3)海洋来源活性药物分子挖掘。主要工作内容:海洋天然产物结构衍生、海洋来源微生物活性分子的挖掘及活性评价,活性骨架的合成方法学研究等。如系统设计、合成了一系列具有新型结构的2,5-二酮哌嗪衍生物(考察脂溶性、水溶性、代谢稳定性等),并研究了其抗肿瘤活性及初步作用机制,发现了数个活性较强的抗肿瘤先导化合物(IC50 = 110 nM,MGC803细胞株等),并建立了该类衍生物可工业化一锅法合成方法。发现了双功能配体金催化剂催化烯基硼酸盐对末端炔醇的加成的高效合成方法(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2018, 57, 8250-8254)。海洋来源微生物资源中活性代谢产物的挖掘及活性评价,包括深海来源中真菌、放线菌中代谢产物的分离纯化、结构鉴定与抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗老年痴呆等活性评价。
