研究内容

主要从事模式微生物和海洋环境微生物中原噬菌体-细菌宿主互作机制及应用研究。研究内容主要包括:1. 环境和模式微生物携带的溶原性噬菌体及其与宿主细菌间的相互作用;2. 溶原性噬菌体中携带的附属基因(特别是毒素-抗毒素系统)的功能及生态效应;3.开发靶向溶原噬菌体和毒素-抗毒素系统的多重耐药菌防治新方法。研究结果以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications, Cell Reports, Nucleic Acids Research, Environmental Science & Technology,  Environmental Microbiology和Journal of Bacteriology等权威期刊发表,授权/受理发明专利4项。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2项)、青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目子课题,广东省自然科学基金(3项)和广东省基础与应用基础研究重大项目子课题。此外,先后参加国家重点研发计划项目、广东省本土创新团队项目,为核心成员。
