海洋来源微生物天然产物的发现与生物合成研究。
(1)海洋新药源分子的发现:采用随机筛选和基因组挖掘相结合的方法发现海洋微生物来源新药源分子,并提高其产量。
(2)海洋新功能酶的发现:揭示海洋微生物合成天然产物的新机制,发掘具有绿色催化功能的酶。
